Gonpachi Shibuya is an adult-oriented soba restaurant located just an 8-minute walk from JR Shibuya Station, a 5-minute walk from Keio Inokashira Line Shibuya Station, and a 3-minute walk from Shinsen Station. From the restaurant, guests can enjoy panoramic views of the Shibuya skyline. Open until 3 a.m., it offers private rooms and can accommodate up to 250 guests for private events. Perfect for business dinners, banquets, dates, or entertaining guests from overseas.

Gonpachi gained international fame after hosting the historic “Izakaya Summit” between former U.S. President George W. Bush and former Japanese Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi at Gonpachi Nishi-Azabu, as well as serving as the inspiration for a scene in Quentin Tarantino’s film Kill Bill.

As a Japanese restaurant serving handmade soba, charcoal-grilled skewers, and freshly fried tempura, Gonpachi is beloved by guests not only in Japan but from all over the world. Our soba is made from carefully selected domestic buckwheat, stone-ground fresh every morning, and hand-crafted by skilled chefs. Skewers are grilled to perfection over binchotan charcoal, and tempura is served piping hot and crisp — all prepared with the signature Gonpachi touch.
